Isle of Wight Stays
We would hope to welcome you across the Solent for an idyllic Island escape in one of our enchanting cottages.
A stay in one of our properties will immerse you in Victorian charm – both are beautifully decorated with their own unique theme. Whether you opt for a captivating break in The Nautilus, our steampunk-industrial themed cottage, or our ambient botanical hideaway – The Botanist Rest. For something quirky on the Isle of Wight – there really is nothing quite like them!
The Nautilus is our two-bedroom bungalow situated just outside the heart of the seaside town of Cowes. Drawing inspiration from the classic Jules Verne novels ‘20,000 Leagues Under the Sea’ and ‘Around the World in 80 Days’, the property has been appreciatively decorated with industrial and steampunk style pieces. With its own private garden to retreat to after a day of Island adventure, The Nautilus is the perfect escape for both families and couples alike.
The Botanist Rest is a true Victorian gem! Built in the 1840’s and steeped in Victorian history, this two-bedroom cottage is situated in the southern coastal town of Ventnor. Boasting its own natural micro-climate, the town is home to the world-famous Ventnor Botanical Gardens – the inspiration behind The Botanist Rest.
Styled with a modern, botanical twist, the property is perfect for families or couples looking for somewhere unique on the Island. From foraging for herbs in the cottages’ own private kitchen garden for a family dinner to enjoying the breath-taking sea views or star-gazing with our antique telescope from the balcony, there is no better place to unwind after a busy day exploring the Isle of Wight.
